Step 3 - Secure the position
Once we have identified the right opportunities we now have to nail that job!
We have the plan; We have the opportunity; Now we have to get over the winning line at the interview.
You will have an advantage there because you have been working with us. We will make sure your CV is up to scratch, your covering letters are appropriate and we will handle all applications and (hopefully) interview arrangements. You will turn up for that interview confidently prepared.
You will be able to show that:
- You are better prepared because you have a career plan.
- Your expectations are realistic.
- Your skills are relevant.
- You have done your homework by researching them and their competitors.
- You are here now only after careful preparation, consultation, planning and informed choice. You will be more confident!
If you get that job offer, the choice to accept will be much easier because you will know if that employer is offering you what your career plan demands, or not.
